Kissinger's Peace Plan for Ukraine

Henry Kissinger Wrote a Peace Plan for Ukraine. It’s pragmatic. It is rational. It is a bit controversial. Surely no one wants to reward Russia's hawkish adventurism with any territorial concessions. But let both sides agree to go back to the pre-2022 status quo. This war cannot continue forever! We need at least a glimmer of hope that peace in Eastern Europe is possible. Not everyone who suggests the necessity of peace talks is in favor of utopian appeasements. No... we need to give peace in Ukraine a chance! There is ample historical evidence suggesting that peace is possible only through a complete victory or only if both sides decide to compromise. This involves agreeing to disagree in Moscow, Kyiv, Brussels, and Washington. Let us try the Cyprus solution to the conflict. Let the UN peacekeeping forces separate both sides for the foreseeable future so that Ukraine can join the EU at one point.
