KRZYSZTOF ŻĘGOTA, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn and is a Member of the Association of Political Science in cooperation with the Institute of Political Science (2003 -2005), Chief Specialist at Warmia and Mazury Regional Development Agency in Olsztyn. His areas of expertise are Geopolitics, Russian Foreign Policy, Kaliningrad Oblast, EU-Russia Relations, and the Baltic Sea Basin.
