In Statu Nascendi began it operations as a non-partisan, independent, and highly diversified network of scholars organized to study a contemporary conflict and political philosophy that provides advice and ideas on specific issues related to geoeconomic, political, and socio-economic problems.

During this period In Statu Nascendi was a peer-reviewed journal that aspired to be a world-class scholarly platform encompassing original academic research dedicated to the circle of Political Philosophy, Cultural Studies, Theory of International Relations, Foreign Policy, and the political decision-making process. The journal investigates specific issues through a socio-cultural, philosophical, and anthropological approach to raise a new type of civic awareness about the complexity of the contemporary crisis, instability, and warfare situations, where the “stage of becoming” plays a vital role.

Prof. Marcin Grabowski interview

Interview on the Political Situation in Asia in general and North Korea in particular Ph.D. MARCIN GRABOWSKI is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Political Science and International Relations of the Jagiellonian University of Krakow. Dr. Grabowski has graduated in International Relations from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. He studied at Columbia University in the City of New York (School of International and Public Affairs), George Washington University in Washington (Sigur Center for Asian Studies), and University of California, San Diego, where he completed the Global Leadership Institute program. He has prepared a Ph.D. dissertation The United States and the Economic Integration of the Pacific Rim since 1989, with a Special Focus on APEC and ASEAN, awarded in Jozef Kukulka Contest for the Best Dissertation Dealing with the Theory of International Relations. Dr. Grabowski‘s research interests focus on the Asia-Pacific Rim, especially institutional arrangements of the region (APEC, ASEM, ASEAN, EAS, ARF, SAARC), U.S. and Chinese foreign policies and the International Economics. He conducted his research i.a. at Institute of Southeast Asian Studies in Singapore, Korea Institute for International Economic Policy in Seoul, Institute of Asia-Pacific Studies of the Waseda University in Tokyo, East Asian Bureau of Economic Research (EABER) in Canberra or Nordic Institute of Asian Studies in Copenhagen. He served as an advisor to the Polish Minister of Higher Education and Science – in the framework of the Young Scholars' Council (2011-2013). * This interview has been conducted four months before the 2018 North Korea–United States summit in Singapore during which the U.S. President Donald Trump met with North Korean Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un on June 12, 2018, ever since Prof. Grabowski along with other members of the Institute of American Studies and Polish Diaspora of the Jagiellonian University have expressed their opinions and shared with us prognosis about the possibility of the Korean Unification through the prism of the United States' grand strategy in South East Asia.
